Exercises Classes in Our Dedicated Studio

Our group exercise classes in our dedicated studio are hugely popular. Suitable for all ages and abilities, our exercise classes and workshops are perfect for those looking to work towards their fitness goals alongside like-minded people. Our passionate, experienced instructors can give you the confidence and support you need to become a fitter, healthier you.

Sport Yoga

Sports Yoga is whole-body flexibility and functional movement training. It’s inspired by yoga, but adapted for sport. We have a class on Monday’s with Serge Braconi from 4 – 5:30 pm. Contact Serge on 07810 802257.

Jump to Fit

Kangoo Jumps exercise programs are a full-body workout. Kangoo Jumps provide an enjoyable rebounding. We have a class on alternate Mondays with Justyna from 7:15 – 8:15 pm. Contact Justyna on 07809 225610.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is an accessible way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility. We have a class with Sally on a Tuesday each week from 9:30 – 10:30 am. Contact Sally on 07951 978499.

Pole Purrfect

Pole Purrfect is a female-only dance and fitness class and a fun way to keep or get fit. Our class takes place each Tuesday evening from 6:30 – 7:30 pm. Contact Tamara on 07788 575859 to book.

K-1 Kickboxing

K-1 kickboxing is a fast-paced modern style of kickboxing formed from the promotion K-1 Global. Join Matt each Thursday evening from 6:30 – 7:30 pm, contact him on 07734 761584.

Argentine Tango

Suitable for people of all ages, all levels, from complete beginners to advanced, with or without a partner. Flavio runs classes each Thursday from 8 – 9 pm and 9- 10 pm. Contact him on 07729 487444.
