Exercises Classes in Our Dedicated Studio

Our group exercise classes in our dedicated studio are hugely popular. Suitable for all ages and abilities, our exercise classes and workshops are perfect for those looking to work towards their fitness goals alongside like-minded people. Our passionate, experienced instructors can give you the confidence and support you need to become a fitter, healthier you.

Sport Yoga

Sports Yoga is whole-body flexibility and functional movement training. It’s inspired by yoga, but adapted for sport. This is open to both members and non-members. We have a class on Monday’s with Serge Braconi from 4 – 5:30 pm. Contact Serge on 07810 802257.

Lee’s Pump Up

Pump Up is a weekly exercise class with our Fitness Instructor, Lee Strange. Join Lee for a full-body workout! We have a class every Monday from 6 – 7 pm. Contact Lee on 07703 112599.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is an accessible way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility. We have a class with Sally on Tuesday’s each week from 9:30 – 10:30 am. Contact Sally on 07951 978499.

Argentine Tango

Suitable for people of all ages, all levels, from complete beginners to advanced, with or without a partner. Flavio runs classes each Thursday from 8 – 8:45 pm and 9 – 9:45 pm. Contact him on 07729 487444.

Stretch and Flex

Stretching and mobility-based sessions that aim to improve functional capacity, recover better and prevent injury. Jacqui runs a class every Wednesday from 12 – 12:45 pm and every Friday from 11 am – 12 pm. Contact her on 07854 441010.

Squat Saturday
