Rackets Programme Manager

Salary: £12,000 – £14,000

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to lead and grow our rackets programme, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for players of all ages and abilities. You’ll play a key role in developing coaching, competitions, and engagement across the Club.⁣

Responsibilities include; planning and delivering structured junior, adult, and performance sessions, leading and supporting coaches, organising events and competitions, and ensuring safeguarding and governing body standards are met. You’ll also help manage schedules, budgets, and participation while supporting community outreach and member engagement.

Bar and Catering Assistant

We’re looking for friendly and passionate individual to make lasting first impressions at our café and bar! You’ll help maintain high standards, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.⁣

Responsibilities include; food preparation and safe handling, serving alcoholic beverages, barista service, and keeping the café/bar clean and organised. You’ll need to be flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends.⁣

Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic part-time Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor to be part of our dynamic team. This role includes leading group fitness classes and offers the exciting opportunity to grow your own personal training business within our facility.

We’re offering dedicated PT space within our club facilities, available either on a rental or employed basis (to be discussed).

If you’re a Personal Trainer with an existing client base, this is a great opportunity to run your sessions in a professional, well-equipped environment.
