Our group exercise classes in our dedicated studio are hugely popular. Suitable for all ages and abilities, our exercise classes and workshops are perfect for those looking to work towards their fitness goals alongside like-minded people. Our passionate, experienced instructors can give you the confidence and support you need to become a fitter, healthier you.
Our Weekly Classes
You can book any of our weekly classes by contacting the club reception on 01243 785664. Our classes are open to both members and non-members, with several classes free of charge for Adult (Full), Adult (Off-Peak), Adult (18-23 years), and Young Adult (16-17 years) members. If you are a member of the club you can view the class timetable and book yourself on any of the classes listed below through the Members’ Portal.

Get Up and Go
Mondays, 7 am – 7:40 am
Free for Members
Start your week strong with a feel-good workout for all abilities. This class builds strength and muscular endurance using varied exercises and equipment, all with a focus on form and healthy movement.

Stretch and Refresh
Mondays, 7:40 am – 8 am
Free for Members

Sport Yoga

Our studio is available for hire starting at just £14 an hour, offering one of the best value options in the area.
Equipped with a wide range of gym equipment – including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and benches – you’ll have everything you need to deliver high-quality sessions. In addition, we can assist with the marketing of your classes, helping you reach a broader audience and grow your business.
