Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor

With over a decade of experience in strength and conditioning, Peter bring a wealth of expertise to Chichester Racquets and Fitness Club. Holding an MSc in Strength & Conditioning from Cardiff Metropolitan University and multiple professional accreditations, he has had the privilege of working with athletes across all levels at V90 CrossFit, Itchen Academy Basketball, Hampshire Cricket, and Cardiff Met S&C Team.
Peter’s approach is rooted in enhancing performance, preventing injury, and tailoring programs to all ages and abilities.
