How to Get Started

All Personal Training sessions are 60 minutes and are easily bookable by contacting one of our Personal Trainers below.

Personal Training FAQs

Definitely not! All of our Personal Trainers are highly qualified and specialise in designing training programmes for individuals. They’ll work with you to understand your specific goals and challenges, whether that’s running 1 mile or a marathon.

This will depend on many things including your budget, availability and what you want to achieve. If you’re new to Personal Training we’d recommend at least once or twice a week to get started, but the choice is up to you.

Each session is 60 minutes long, but the length of each session can be adjusted to your needs.

The cost is £40 per 60 minutes with one of our experienced Personal Training. If you purchase ten sessions at once, you get one free. We also offer group sessions which can be organised by contacting our PTs.
